I work from home 3-4 days/week now.
Yesterday I was swamped but today I am answering emails from my phone and playing with my son and wife. It's very nice.

You’re working too hard then.
The standard needs to be about 65%.
That way when you want you can bump it up to %110 and people are impressed. And when you suck people are like “meh, that’s just GT23. We don’t expect much else.”

I was about a 1 yesterday until I found out one of my lead field guys got arrested. Now I have to come in tomorrow to interview a potential new employee that I need to start next week while I'm on vacation. I'm sure that's going to go extra smooth.
