My equivalents here are all late 50s to mid 60s.. Im doing about 65% and I have everyone here thinking I'm doing 110%, but it's just 110% of what my equivalents do. Gives me lots of down time, just have to keep enough papers on your desk and screens open to make it look as though you are always working.

Today I'm running at a 50. Safety issues on a project have to get handled. Tomorrow will be a gradual decline. Probably be at 35 to 40 at 5am by noonish I'll be in the negative.
