What is your go-to windshield wiper brand?

It's about time for me to replace my windshield wipers. I usually go with Rain-X, but they always seem unnecessarily expensive.

What brand do y'all usually use? What other quality brand is out there?

There was a recent thread on this, the consensus, which is also my opinion, is Rain-X suck. Bosch Icon seemed to be the choice.

I've had the same set of Bosch wipers for a few years now. They still work great.

I'm usually a Bosch or Anco guy...but I've been buying Goodyear lately, just because of the sales they have on them at Costco.

Searched and didn't see one. My apologies if German.

Has anyone tried TRICO yet? They have the best reviews on Amazon...

Not bitching about your use of German but just to expand the opinions:

Rain X Qauntams are the best.

As with most things, you get what you pay for. I mean the Bosch are good to, but there is virtually no price difference.

Bosch icons. They seem to hold up longer than other brands

Nothing made in China. The rubber quality seems crappier to me. Probably ABS and no NBR rubber. Mexico or US sources are fine. A lot of the 'cheaper' brands are sourced from Mexico I think.

Thank you. It looks like the general consensus is to go with the Bosch Icons. Will do.

The guy that wipes them down while I am at the red light does a good job.

Order a 12 pack from Rock Auto. They offer about 50 wiper blade options for my Tundra with a price range of $1.28 - $14.25 each. The low end Bosch is $2.35 each.

Truthfully, I just drop my vehicles off at my dad's shop and they are magically repaired lol
