I don't consider myself a professional when it comes to many things but in the case of lip balm, I am a professional. I have giant lips and I've always had trouble breathing through my nose so I'm a literal mouth breather. This is a bad combination and as much as I hate humidity living in south Louisiana, I thought my lips were going to fall off when I lived in Austin Texas but even the winters here are tough.
I've gone through everything that's out there. There's one lip balm that superior to all others.
I never leave home without it. Wallet, keys, flashlight, that stuff ^^

I live in Florida so rarely need it, but I usually just buy whatever I can find at a gas station. So cherry chapstick I guess
