I would love to live on the side of a mountain in Montana or Colorado.

Whichever one that involves your mom spread eagle on the kitchen counter.

A cabin in the San Juan’s right in the middle of national forest land, hopefully with no neighbors for miles around.

One that is paid off. I can buy a camper and visit any local at that point.

No specific size. Needs to have a old school library though. Dark wood paneled wall and ceilings, floor to ceiling book cases, big fireplace. Home theater room too.

Outside a greenhouse and good sized workshop.

...and most importantly, on about 250+ wooded acres (preferably with river frontage) so I can escape the stupidity that is the human race easily.

Yes, that would work nicely! Prefer 1 story though.

As long as it is somewhere on Bayou Petit Caillou south of Boudreaux Canal, I don't care what it looks like.

The upstairs would be my fishing room with an exercise bike looking out into the lake.

One that is paid off and is near a fun large city. I need a 3 car garage with a loft above it for a real man caves that the wife can’t infringe on.

And my only caveat to add is that it would be lakefront in a state that has 4 separate, distinct seasons.
