Some gyms keep the rooms cold as frick. I’ve worn a pullover before if I’m not doing cardio.

Wearing a hoodie to sweat is one thing. Wearing it in the gym with the actual hood on is another and looks ridiculous.

You want to know the real reason?
To keep your muscle warm to prevent injury and to get a better workout. Theyre blasting cold air in the gym which is usually around 65-70 degrees. Athletes and people who are serious about getting a good workout will try to keep their muscle warm throughout the entire game/workout.
As for everyone else, could be anything. but why are you worried about what other dudes where in the gym? you got the gays? its 2023, its okay to be gay
