You have to become more responsible because you have a job and since the job pays the bills it becomes your first priority. For the first several years after graduating you will be able to manage work and going out, but at some point it will catch up with you and you will become more mature. Your priorities will shift,

Life right after college is great. You don't have to study or go to class but you're still young and can go out and party and you generally have a little bit of money
