It stands out. It differentiates them in a sea of fast food options. Do you remember someone offering you a refill or saying you welcome at Burger Kong? Likely not. But you the interactions at chick fil a clearly stand out.

I don't know, but was in the drive-thru line the other day and one of the ladies/girls - not fat/out of shape in any form - was wearing their gawdawful brown uniform shorts and let's just say that cooch was swallowing those shorts. I mean, when you can see it several cars ahead as she was walking.....
