I dip multiple times a day and it's ridiculous how many times I brush. It's a pet peeve of mine to brush after every one. So on an average day I probably brush 5-6 times.
No idea if you can brush too much, but if you can I probably do.

Former worker of mine didn't bathe, use deodorant. Highly intelligent guy, didn't cut his hair either. He sad hippyish and used patchouli oil. Had to get him to cut back on that stuff. Strangely, he never stank outside of the oil..

Personally knew a guy when I was over in Iraq during the first Gulf War that NEVER brushed his teeth while we were there. It was disgusting! His teeth were pulled out by the dentist at fort Polk when we got back
Also, his fricking shoes stunk so bad, we buried them in the desert while he was off doing a delivery
