I would rather somebody discretely snot rocket than endlessly sniffle around me. Hell, it doesn't even have to be discrete. I hate the sound of a person sniffling all day.

Yeah this guy lives out in the sticks. He's got well water and a septic tank. But still, even if you can't flush your shite paper you can still get a garbage can with a lid or at least throw it away with the shite side down or something.
