What is the most you would pay for a 1.5 acre of land, that's in a rural area around where you live (answers will vary depending on where you live)?

Outside of Nashville (Davidson county) 50k+. I wouldn't pay it because I already have mine but if you tried to buy 1.5 acres it would easily be 50k+ depending on the adjacent county. Crazy times!
