I'd specify an ability which would inherently unlock other abilities. Controlling individual sub-atomic particles (which is pretty open ended because control can mean many things about something we do not fully understand) could be basis for teleportation, telekinesis, laser-beams from the eyes, Kamai Hamai Ha etc..
I'll be more specific and say: the ability to edit my DNA at will. I'd repeatedly alternate between enhancing my brain-matter arrangement and thinking of a better next refinement to increase my cognitive speed and creativity until I made Albert Einstein look mentally retarded, and then I'd do the obvious stuff: cure mortality, figure out sustained fusion power, faster than light travel, open up the universe for our taking.
