There’s only about 4K in all of tensas Parish and the MS River shuts of the whole east side of it with no bridge within 40 or 50 miles from st jo.

School board the largest employer in the parish by at least 20 times.

Venice. It’s at the end of the Mississippi River in Plaquemines Parish. Over 2 hours southeast of New Orleans.

The entire state is 51,800 square miles; 100miles•100miles•3.14= 31,400 so you would need to be in the center of the state for this to be possible. There are no areas entirely contained in he state of Louisiana that are 100 miles from human habitation.

The stretch between Clarence and Winnfield. And Winnfield to Olla is pretty remote. Hardly any rooftops and very spotty cell service

If by "close" you mean nobody for 20 miles or so, you may be right.

Yeah, close wasn't the right word, but I would agree with about 20 miles. The state is only about 170-180 miles across from the TX border to the MS border on 1-20, and something like 230 miles across on I-10? So, you are talking about an area as wide as the distance between Lake Charles and Baton Rouge. That's just not going to happen in our state.
