Had a little harem of ladies I used to go out with, was just a friend, but was banging half of them. Didnt pay for cover because they got in free everywhere and I was with them, didnt oay for drinks because they paid for everything, didnt have to try for pussy because there were five on hand.

Directly contributed to that 2 year period of alcoholism. Personally Im just happy my dick didnt catch some crazy strain of VD.

I used to be able to get all my tickets fixed in St. Bernard, Orleans, and Jefferson parish.

My FIL owns a Destin condo that we can use whenever we want for free.

My sister's boyfriend at the time worked at MCC and he hired me as the pool bartender. He controlled how much he of the tip pool went to each worker, so I ended up making $25/hour to get hammered and served sugar free mojitos and bushwakers to the milfs. This was the summer between graduation from LSU and the start of my real job. Twas a fantastic summer.

Like EVERYONE has said, this thread title is misleading. Ha.

I used to know Tom Benson's grandson pretty well. Back when he owned the Voodoo, I used to get calls all the time to attend the game in the owner's box. One game, a frick ton of Saints players/coaches came. Got to meet S. Payton and a couple others. Pretty cool, but what was alright was once it was too crowded, Tom told his GS, 'T, why don't you and your friend go to the seats to watch the game.' Seats were on the 25 yard line on the rail.

I know the drill….. TL;DR.

I get to go to charity events, dinners, pga golf tourney, mardi gras party passes, etc throughout the year with friends and vendors.
I think my favorite was a buddy hooking me up with a ticket in a suite for one of the LSU national championship games in the dome.

In high school and college, knew the right people and always got my tickets fixed. Worked at all the bars in Hammond so rarly paid for drinks when we went out.

In high school, my best friends worked at a fire works stand in Lutcher. We would back up the truck and they literally would fill up the bed for free. I was popping fireworks for 4 years

Left off one of my favorites. Had a friend who worked for Miller and he'd give us free jazz fest tickets and Miller Lite tent passes every year. And when the people eventually took all our free beer tabs, he'd either give us a handful or just bust out the six packs. He also let us know which bars he was "working" and we would meet him out and get hammered for free.

In the late 90's a friend of mine and I painted a house for this DJ in Birmingham. This was when we had The X as our main non-country radio station and it was a badass station that broke a lot of bands, pulled a lot of really good bands in to play, and generally made for a very unexpectedly awesome music scene here in the 90's. If there was a show in town, I went for free and about half the time got to meet and hang out with the acts for a bit before or after the show. I have a couple cigar boxes jammed packed full of concert tickets I never paid a dime for all in about a 4-5 year span.

He also hosted gelatinous fury (jello wrestling) on thursday nights at this bar downtown and he would let us in and comp our drinks since he didnt drink very much. The situation also led us to knowing the jello girls QUITE well also and we dated a few of them on and off. Ended up actually hooking a friend of mine up with one of them and they are married with kids now.

Hurricane Shane

I think he is still DJ'ing on one of the crappy stations now but we have no good rock stations anymore so all I listen to on the radio is country or sports talk

Yeah, he let me and my buddy come up and sit in the studio when Carlos Mencia was in town once. This was right about the time carlos was just starting to make a name for himself so that was pretty cool.

ETA: Funny part about that was I was laughing my fricking arse off at him, like almost couldnt breathe at one point, and my buddy was too terrified to make a sound cause he didnt think we were supposed to be making any noise. After it was over Carlos looked at him and said something along the lines of "tough crowd" and Adam said he didnt think we were supposed to be making noise and Hurricane says "You dumbass, thats why I called you and told yall to come up. So there would be people in here besides me to laugh on air!"
