Had lots of friends that worked at different businesses in college so we always got good "college" hookups. Free movies, $5 cases of beer, etc.
Biggest money saver was a buddy who worked at a sporting good store. He'd ring up $15 hats and stuff on the cash register when we'd go in and buy $250 softball bats.
Also, Uncle gave me and my brother free tickets to the 07 LSU/Florida game for free

Got a 10k "do whatever you want" comp at a strip club a friend of mine worked at. Or that's how it started...Saw the bill at the end of the night, 15.5k!!! Didn't pay anything.
Was also Lundi Gras. There were 5 of us, and one of the guys I was with died a few years ago, and i'll never forget it!

A damn good job that got my foot in the door in a field I've always wanted to work in. That was 2006. The friend has since changed careers due to family obligations, but I always will do him favors if he needs one

A family friend used to let us use their beach house in Gulf Shores anytime we wanted. Was a really nice place right on the water that they never used. Spent many weeks there in my early 20's.
Also got tons of free entries/VIP to raves/shows back when I used to DJ and be into that sort of thing.
