Don't remember the name of the place, all I remember it was a little shack near Shakey's Pizza in Lake Charles. Best doughnuts ever.

Krispy Kreme is overall overrated but their hot glazed is pretty good.

Tony's Doughnuts on Old Hammond near Millerville.

Tony's cold were better than Mary Lee's hot and I freaking love Mary Lee's.

The GOAT circa 1987: Glazed donut with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles, with a dusting of cigarette ash from the lady behind the counter.

Krispy Kreme is trash, man. Sorry you had a horrible childhood.

meche’s is the goat. my mama’s a meche and she’d always take me up there to get free shite. their king cakes are fire as well.

when it comes to strictly just glazed donuts, i’d still have to say fresh ones from krispy kreme are the best.

We'd always have a dozen while setting up our tailgate spot on Saturday mornings. Good times.
