I've had a carton of eggs in my fridge for like a month because I needed 1-2 for our Valentine's Day meal.

I like eggs fine enough, but definitely not part of my regular day to day diet. Occasional breakfast for dinner (handful of times a year) is about it as far as eating them not part of a different recipe.

Why you so mad. For most people in the grocery store the white eggs are the cheap great value mass produced eggs that are fed crap. Brown eggs are the better eggs.

Of course it varies... but that's the situation in most stores

You can actually buy beef tallow at academy.

My in-laws own a grocery store. Last time I was there I brought home 50+ lbs of fat from the cut off of their steaks and rendered it into tallow. Made around 10-12 quarts.

This is like a vegan asking what the big deal is with meat.

You’re most likely trolling, because surely you’re intelligent enough to think about how many things eggs go in

I see some kind of article everyday (and posts here and PB) on egg prices and people going nuts over shortages and the like. What is the big deal? Do people really eat that many eggs? Supposedly they're a good source of protein but I found things like canned fish have WAY more protein along with great fatty acids that are way better for you than eggs. We might buy a very small carton of eggs to make something like a cake or pancakes or use it as an emulsifier in a meatloaf or something like that. What gives? Why is everybody so hyped up over eggs?
I have chickens.
Not sure what the big deal is either.

Pure idiocy, family raises chickens that a free range and the eggs are both white and brown. Color doesn’t matter.
