Went to aspen and they quoted me 1500 for scaling and deep cleaning
Went to two other dentists and they wanted 80 for a regular cleaning or 260 with x rays and a deep cleaning. They said I didn't need it and aspen is a ripoff and sells you shite you don't need

I’m not conversant in much of anything about a high colonic but I doubt they’re offered at the dentist’s office.

Deep cleaning, descaling with gas $90 in Cozumel, Mexico…..$$1,750 in US.

So I do it in Coz, get some dives in and am still ahead of the game.

Been going to the dentist for over 30 years. Never heard of a “deep cleaning”. Sounds like a scam

Join one of these discount plans. Big discounts.

Or consider flying to Mexico or the Dominican Republic someplace good in Eastern Europe like Estonia or Latvia to get it done. Maybe not worth it if you just need a deep cleaning but it might be if you need two or more implants or root canals.

I've been with my wife for 26 years, and in that entire time she's never been to see a dentist and she has perfect teeth. She flosses every night and uses tooth paste she dips into a little baking soda and has an aggressive brushing. Goes through a toothbrush every 6-8 weeks. Said her mother taught her this. She's never had a cavity, and never needed cleaning. It's like she's immune to plaque build-up.

Her sister, on the other hand, has had many deep cleanings and her teeth look terrible in comparison. Gums have reversed some and the teeth just don't have a nice shine. She smoked for 30+ years.

Don’t put it off for a bit, or you’ll end up needing a crown or a root canal- get your damn teeth cleaned! Dental insurance sucks for anything other than cleanings

It ain’t fun, I can tell you that.

I was surprised that I didn’t have any gum soreness after though. That was a pleasant surprise.

It was a problem of my own doing for not going to the dentist for a number of years. But now a couple years later and my gum pockets are all back to normal and acceptable levels.

deep cleaning like scaling and root planing? $1200-$1600 without insurance.

This is correct. Insurance pays between $700-$900, depending on plan. So You could start negotiating there. Cash prices are always negotiable.
