Whenever one uses the words “climate catastrophe or crisis”

I know I’m dealing with a moron at that point

People who aren’t remotely skeptical of the American media after they’ve been lied to constantly for the past 5-6 years.

Just believe every damn word they say.

kind of an extension on that theme

people that only read headlines and then form very strong, often condescending opinions, based on a headline

the above is so incredibly common these days

There's a dude like that at work. Reads the MSN homepage and that's his limit of research. Nothing but clickbait headlines, but that's what he believes.

I never dismiss people's opinions. So if they say something I disagree with and I ask for them to explain why they think what they think, and they can't articulate their position, I believe they are regurgitating something they heard somewhere else and they are a low IQ person.

I golf with a buddy that is black. Trump supporter, but believes Trump is a racist. I asked what Trump did to make him believe he is racist and he could not give me any material examples.

I'm a developer and work with "business" people. Sometimes they want something but when you ask why they want something, or ask for specifics, they haven't thought past the simple beginning thought.
