It will never be over for the Jesus chicken. Those chicken tenders and waffle fries are like crack.

Bunch of my friends worked there in college.

They hire college and high school kids who have decent work ethic and don't have that entitled mindset that they deserve a wage to support their 2 fatherless children.

I worked at the one on Seigen in college

Y’all think about that next time y’all eat there

I quit because I wanted to go to spring break and I couldn’t get off

Wild shite goes on in the freeezer just like every other fast food joint. We didn’t have nearly the amount of employees the Chick-fil-As have nowadays

Could you share some examples, Walter?

Also, the manager where my daughters worked, has for the past couple of years, been pulling some skeezy shite. Gonna be interesting to see how it goes for him. Poorly, I hope.

In the interview, they ask if the prospective employee would be available to work Sunday mornings doing inventory.
If they say yes, it's a no.

They don't just hire warm bodies, accountability, and training.

Yup. I worked at Popeye's in Ocean Springs in high school. The store manager and her assistant managers were excellent. Store stayed clean and employees were well motivated and trained. We won second place one year for best store. I don't know where you'd find that level of service now.

Outstanding, completely invested ownership and management.

This.

Great management is what sets apart companies like this.

Compare a CFA shift manager to a Burger King shift manager and get back to me.

And the proof is the CFA at Armstrong International which is an absolute disaster. But that one is run by Delaware North which is a corrupt DBE

They hire the attitude and teach the skills. If they make an error; they part ways - not wasting energies on fixing broken

I asked a Chick Fil A franchise owner about that a few years ago. He said that its all in the training and staying on top of employees. He also said that if an applicant has any prior fast food experience he won't hire them. They come preloaded with bad habits and attitudes.
this makes a lot of sense. Working at multiple fast food joints isn’t a good look. Really no reason for anyone to work fast food for years on end unless they are in school

Too bad the food tastes like garbage. I’ll take my chances with Popeye’s.
