I tip 20% or more to all tip dependent service industry workers.
I can afford it and I’ve done those jobs.
Bartenders, servers and delivery guys will always get 20% from me unless they are absolute shite.

Former part time pizza delivery driver and id say that is plenty. You’d be surprised, well maybe not, and the lack of businesses who don’t even tip. Not even opening that can of worms though.
There’s certain people that don’t tip either.

only tip more than 10% if they go above and beyond with extra service to make you feel special.

I'm a generous tipper but we're talking what, four pizzas here? the driver didn't make them and it's not like they're lifting four manhole covers to bring to your door, twenty is more than enough

I’d bet $100 you’re talking about black people.

Why is there no tipping in Europe?
At table-service restaurants, the tipping etiquette and procedure vary slightly from country to country. But in general, European servers are well paid, and tips are considered a small "bonus" — to reward great service or for simplicity in rounding the total bill to a convenient number.
This!!! Why do customers have to supplement a waiter's income because the restaurants pay so poorly?

TBH the culture around tipping for delivery is increasingly ridiculous/senseless, especially with third party delivery.
You tip Uber Eats for delivery, but not the underlying restaurant (at least I don't think) for preparing/boxing the order. So it makes no sense to do percentage tipping for 100 bucks vs. 10 bucks when the driver does minimally different and it's in a slightly larger bag.
The same is true for pizza within reason, delivering 4 pizzas vs. 1 isn't worth an extra 10-15 dollars, is it? The only advantage I see to that is at least you're often compensating the same business (in a way) that did the extra compensable activity (boxing and supplies for 4 vs 1) if they use an in-house driver.

I don't tip deliveries based on amount paid. A normal pizza tip is $5 for me. A normal Waitr tip is $7.00 for me. If I order for the office like you did, I usually tip $20.
I think a $20 pizza tip is very generous.

I am positive that if you see the same server more than once or twice, they spit on your food regularly.

$5 from me.
deliveries, barber, valet, etc. In fact, I keep a stack of $5s on hand for this very purpose.
At a restaurant, I'll usually just do 20% if service is solid.

What do y'all tip at the starbucks drive-thru?

My favorite place to deliver was the Mexican trailer park on the outside of town. Those baws work for cash and there were a lot of times they’d order two pizzas, hand you a $50, and just walk back inside with their food.

Cant answer that. We do not go to Starbucks.

What about at Subway (or somewhere similar)? It seems that almost every place that sells food now has a tip screen you have to go through when using your debit/credit card. It's fine if they're serving you the food somehow, but not at the fast food drive-thru.
