How about in with a honey badger or a bobcat? Both are mad.

Are we playing odds of attack, or is the hypothetical assuming a 100% chance of attack?

No clue on the former, as I would want to do some research, but if the latter, I'll take the lions. Almost certain death, but at least you'd have a chance to go out fighting with adrenaline coursing through your veins. With a shark in open water, there isn't a fricking thing you could do but sit there floating like bait until the strike.

I would never allow myself to be in either situation. Here's a realistic, yet equally terrifying scenario. It's 2:00 AM. You're driving through the lower 9th ward and your cell phone is dead with no way of charging it. You hit a pothole and completely demolish your lower ball joint, rendering your vehicle useless. You are also unarmed. What do you do?

I'm dying either way, but I foolishly feel like I'd at least have a very small chance on land.

In the water, I'm at a massive disadvantage against sharks.

Easy, the lions.

I keep a ball of yarn and bag of catnip on me at all times, hence......the cargo shorts.

Dumb...on land you have more chances of surviving.
In eater, you are a body, that's is. Can't see them, can't run, etc

Close to the shore you might be able to stun the shark with a face hit and make it to shore, even if bit.

I could be wrong but that's my thought as well.

You have a chance of kicking or punching the shark and the shark just denies to swim away.

The lion...there's nothing I can think of that would possibly work.

It just seems like there's a better chance that the shark basically says frick it, I'm not that interested lol.

I think lions kill you then eat you. Sharks eat you alive.

So lions.

It really all depends on the particular animal. If they are hungry, you're fricked in either case. If they aren't? You may just be able to swim/walk right by them.

Id take the shark cause cats are assholes. I could see a lion screw screwing around with you for an hour until they got bored.

But the question of the shark reminded me of a bit that Ralphie May used to do called open water.

I’ll take the sharks. They’re like puppy dogs. They only bite when you touch their private parts.

I think you’d bleed out in the water quicklike while a lion would just try to close your windpipe.

I’m not an expert and have never died either way before.
