I'm really not sure what you are looking for here. power tool system implies that you want power tools like an 18v drill/light/saw kit or something but you mention leaf blower.
I have never seen the same batteries be used between a power tool and yard equipment. If you are looking for yard equipment, buy the Stihl Kombi unit with several attachments. Treat them well and they will treat you well. If you are looking for power tools, hard to go wrong with Dewalt, Milwaukee and even Bosch stuff For everyday home use, the 12v sets are awesome, the drills are only 3/8' drive and not 1/2" like most commercial stuff.

I purchased an Oregon 40v trimmer from Amazon on a lightning deal. It's surprising how long and how strong it is. I have a regular neighborhood lot and I only use 1/4 of the battery when I use it. I'm sure it could handle 1/4 to 1/2 acre easily on a charge.
Oregon 40v (2.4 Ah)
There's also a new and improved 40v (4.0 Ah) for longer run times if needed.
In this series, there is also a blower, chainsaw, pole chainsaw, and hedge trimmer. Some use the 2.4 Ah and others use the 4.0 Ah battery. On amazon, some you can buy the tool only or tool with battery pack depending on what you have already.
I would like to think that eventually I would get more in this series as the Oregon trimmer has been very impressive. I've used Stihl and Ryobi before, and I got tired of mixing gas, changing fuel lines, plugs, etc for the light use I need out of it.
ETA: for hand tools, I recommend Ridgid 18v Li-ion for no other reason than a lifetime warranty on the batteries. If they go bad, they replace them for free. Plus they just feel and perform well.

have you tried to claim a warranty with them? i have an 18v Rigid drill that I registered and somehow couldn't find my registration when it came time to warranty the batteries. They told me I was shite out of luck with it since they couldn't find my info.

In my experience, all the name brands are of the same quality. I buy dewalt because I like yellow.

exactly. good luck with your warranty when you need it and I would suggest a nice Dewalt set when Rigid pisses you off.

Ok, sure. I'm curious, how long ago was it when you tried to claim your warranty item?

I switched from Dewalt to all Makita and love it

Dat the minature power tool system that packs a punch?

I bought a Porter-Cable drill back in 2009 and a reciprocating saw a year ago. They've served me well. I do charge the lithium batteries every couple of months whether I use them or not. Same with my Dremel. These batteries have lasted, while predecessors that I did not regularly charge did not last. Outlook recurring tasks have been a gamechanger.

My father in law recently bought an 18v Dewalt riding lawnmower. Claims it's the best on the market.
I have a small lawn business and now own three of those. Batts charge quick and mower is a beast.
my crews mow a golf course with 6 of them. i got the solar panel option, and on sunny days, they mow all day and end the day with fully charged batteries. i then rent the batteries to carpenters for night use. it's almost like perpetual motion.

I have mostly Dewalt power tools and have been happy with them though they don't get used a ton. Just normal, every-day projects around the house really. I had a guy tell me Dewalt stuff was crap - kind of surprised me as it seems to be pretty popular with construction guys.

Kind of an apples and oranges situation.
For cordless power tools go with Rigid, Milwaukee, Mikita, or Dewalt.
If you are looking for yard tools Stihl makes a Kombi system. You buy a motor/shaft and there are several attachments for it including a blower attachment.

I have used a lot of different types, and own Makita, Rigid, Milwaukee, and have owned Dewalt, Hitachi, Porter Cable, B&D, Ryobi, and Bosch. My favorite brand by a large margin is Milwaukee.
I have a bunch of their 12v stuff, and it is the bee's knees. The 18v stuff is also really powerful with the XC batteries.
For lawn equipment, I wouldn't think of getting anything other than gas stuff

y'all are trolling, right?

For power tools, ryobi if you want a decent tool at a cheap price, Milwaukee m18 fuel if you want the best. For lawn equipment, I didn't trust the 18v batteries. I recently picked up a kobalt 80v blower that blows harder than my echo gas unit. Kobalt also makes edgers, chainsaws, etc on the 80v platform.
