What is a Florida homerun

Last night while watching American Housewife, they made reference to the term. 'Florida Homerun'. Context was mom and dad talking to daughter and boyfriend about the milestones in sexual activity. First time I had heard that reference. Sparse comment on Google referenced last nights show.
If a hip Floridian could enlighten regards this term I would appreciate it.
