If that's the prion one, then this one. Seems like ALS or MS but on an accelerated 3 week timeline to death.

Pancreatic cancer
Definitely a death sentence.

I knew a guy that was healthy as frick. Ate well, worked out regularly, was jacked. Got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was dead within 8 excruciating months. Scary shite

Pancreatic Cancer. I lost my best friend to it. She was diagnosed in January and passed away in June of 2009.

Stroke because that’s how I’m most likely going to die based on family history.

Get tested for haemochromatosis and get your blood panels done every year, mate.

Likely an evolutionary blood issue due to your ancestors being Nordic or North European as mine were. Easy fix.

Dementia. Just watched my grandma go through it. The last phone call I got from her before she died was an incoherent rant that my grandfather had abandoned her and she didn’t know what to do. He died in 2012. I hated to lose her, but I’m grateful that she went quickly before she lost herself.

Parkinson's is disabling and then slowly killing too many men in the family, particularly those who played contact sports.

Surviving a massive stroke, where I can't do for myself and become totally dependent on a care giver for everything scares the crap out of me. Probably would be better off not surviving!
