What if she's with you just for money

I have a neighbor that is in his early 50's. He's extremely wealthy and has never been married. There is this revolving door of younger women that he dates. Most of them seem to be in their 20's and 30's. Some actually move in with him for periods of time. He pays for everything. The girl he has now is going back to college and he's fully funding it. He has to know that these girls are with him just for the $$$$. Kinda sad but kinda awesome at the same time. He has parties all the time, I've been to several, and these girls invite all their friends and it ends up looking like a frat party. I'm assuming he could settle down and find someone closer to his age if he wants to. Could any of you baws live like this?

People who feel bad for old dudes that have girls with them for their money are forgetting that the old dude is only with these girls because they are hot. It's a two way street, and I don't see anything wrong with it.
