In general, I would think most people are aware of how everything started with the opioid addiction.. And everyone at least knows one person who became an addict, OD'd, died from using, etc.. But to see it in that documentary. Pharmaceuticals have done more harm to Americans than anything else.
I know there will be people in this thread who will disagree, but they knew exactly what they were doing.

I'd say there are entities inside the US that are its own biggest terroristic thread, but the foundation this country was built on is not, however; there are times when it is threatened. If that makes sense.
