What has been the biggest threat to Americans the past 20 years? Middle eastern terrorist groups or Purdue Pharma & tobacco companies?

The pharmaceutical industry as a whole in the US is a disgusting and corrupt business, or should I say cartel. All these various Pharma companies are in cahoots with each other.

True, but you can’t take away fault from patients/people for always looking for a quick fix pill instead of taking personal responsibility for their own decisions.
