Been watching this Love after Lockup show and mind blown in how these fools get money?

Get out of prison, no job, wearing trendy clothes, going to casino or strip club every night…they have to be using credit cards, etc??? How do they even get approved. FML…..

They're criminals, I'll assume they're back up to their old tricks.

Because banks know they will be bailed out if they make too many risky loans

They probably have women sending them money. Always cracks me up that serial killers who are serving life in prison get marriage proposals

depends on how long you go really. someone in there for like 2 years will get let out to a world of shite. someone thats in there for like 15 years would be considered brand new to the system so long as the date of last activity hasnt been updated by the debts themselves.

It's mind blowing to you that criminals commit more crimes to get money? Drugs have a pretty good markup

Debt has a statute of limitations as far as forced repayment. Go away long enough and it essentially vanishes (plus credit reporting is limited by statute too, contract debt is lengthiest, credit card debt is moderately long, varying by state).

Besides, no entity is gonna sue unless they know of a lump sum or sweet revenue stream they can recover the debt AND the cost of court system from rather easily.

The producers of those type shows pay well, Hollyweird Ca. pay scale.

No idea, never been. Most ppl these days don’t spend much time in jail. Prison, that’s different and I assume they are career criminals.

Don't ever underestimate women's inherent and hyper urge to 'fix' men and/or 'parent' them.

Having to check the "felon" box is worse than the "bankrupt" box.

It’s not that hard to get on your feet again if you lived below your means, avoided debt and had a fully funded emergency fund of 3-6 months of expenses.
