Watching my kids win at life and figure out how to survive the challenges they’ve faced.

Be kind and learn to give… and the greatest gift of all is to give someone hope.

Having someone compliment my kids re: their manners, politeness, or overall treating others with respect. Reinforces that we’re raising them right. I tell other parents when I see the same from their kids.

I have to say it's helping anyone out with a problem that I solved or figured out. Spread the knowledge. If someone thinks I'm being a know if all so be it.

Are you documenting each new word as it pops up?

Yep. Started out as something funny to do and then she just kept saying more so I took it as a challenge on her behalf to see how many she can get before age 2.
I’ll drop “the list” once she comes of age (2)

My kid just turned three a couple weeks ago. The word “Tigerdroppings” came out of his mouth today.
That was a lovely moment.
That’s also how much my wife tells me to get off of here!
They hear everything.

My kids, most fulfilling thing that I've ever done was to be a father

“Saved” my 2 year old daughter from love bugs. She thanked me and called me her hero. That’ll hold me over for a while

Later in life I have found that nothing makes me feel better than serving others without compensation. I love reading to children, taking the sick to their medical appointments, cooking meals for people who can't do for themselves.
I have had some serious injuries in the last few years and have been very fortunate that I can still get around, helping others is a cure for feeling sorry for myself.
