Bleachers? Suicides?
Mine was from swimming. We had to do something call wheels at the PMAC outside concourse. Coach had these small axles with a wheel on each end. Axle was padded. Put under shins or feet. Place body in front leaning rest position. Walk around the entire concourse in that position just using your hands. It seemed no pair of gloves ever lasted long.
That concourse .....

Lunges; especially as a stretch before a race. Whenever I didn't half-arse them, I would feel it in the last lap of the 1600m every time and felt I didn't have enough for that final push.

Crabs/bear crawls through knee-high dallis grass while in full fooseball gear
And when it was wet, the delta mud would glue the ants to your legs.
Gives me the redass thinking about it.

Running the mile. Coach would surprise us. One time I had info that he was going to make us. So I left my running shoe in the locker before gym class, claiming I forgot. Dude made me run that mike in dress shoes in hot weather.

Y'all are clowns, pyramids were the best.
Mine was 1K repeats. Just an awful distance.

I ran the 400 meter in track. Any training focused on that was terrible.
Once we had to run 12 400s in under 60 seconds each. With a small break in-between. Almost quit the team that day.
Then in basketball we did this conditioning that was essentially like suicides but it also included time ticking down on the scoreboard, i forgot the specifics. But coach brought a trashcan for every two people and by the end everyone used it

Mine is also from swimming, and is more of an over-arching "exercise": 100,000 yards over the course of week during winter break.
Just grinding yards, with one 3-hr practice either the morning of Christmas Eve or New Years Eve, and still having to do weights/dryland, all while on break for the holidays, sucked bigly.
