We found new builds in Fort Worth that we like. Bigger lots and under $350k for a 4 br 3.5 bath with a huge game room, study, mud room, etc.

No doubt about it...

You settled on a place yet?

The woman wants Frisco so it's Frisco.

We're deciding if we want to make the dive immediately in December or do another 6-month lease.

Either way, well have about 50k to put down. She just bought an NX 300 F Sport this weekend

She will do great there.

Way further south. Some in Fort Worth proper, some in Saginaw right on the line.

Great for you guys. It's a great area and should you decide later to unload it, you wont get hosed.

It is not liberal though... unless you mean actual liberal. Like Thomas Jefferson. That would be a good way to describe them

Yeah, that's the thought. I feel legit bad if the bottom falls out again for some of these folks that bought in the rush.

Dude, she loves this dang thing. It's a spaceship inside, and shes coming from a Corolla...

Lower property tax than Fort Worth too and we’d be right on the line. 15 or so north of downtown.

Yeah the market is starting to stabilize. My wife is still giving me grief for not buying land in McKinney/Frisco during the crunch.

Man, that is a night and day difference in transportation, she will fit right in.

Liberal policies make it unlivable for lower income people, so they move to conservative states that allow them to thrive.

Meanwhile we all have to hear the douchebag leftists tell us all how horrible to poors and minorities the rest of us are.

Take that as a complement from you.

In n out fries are bottle of the barrel trash. Burgers are good, but too small. I don’t eat fast food often so when I do, I don’t want tiny shite. I want a big midnight drunk meal. Whataburger is king at that.

My issue with CA is that the cost are phenomenally high. How does ANYBODY who is upper middle and lower live in that state.
