Sounds like Texas is attracting the poor from CA. Don't really know how to fix that either.

This should raise the collective IQ of the Texas electorate by a substantial margin.

You’re probably right, I was just pointing out that Colorado is the new California

That should help with the massive influx of the Louisiana educated.

I guess I’ll have to remember this when I meet people from those states

if you are a conservative, what the hell took you so long to wise up and get the hell out of that shithole?
The state is beautiful and there is a lot of stuff to do. Eventually, you just get tired of working to live.
You still have to figure out where you're going, look for job and a place to live and save enough money to get there. It's not always easy to just up and move.

At one point I talked to 4 buddies, separately, in a single day, and all 4 told me they plan to move to Colorado at some point after they graduate.
Sounds like every kid after they graduate. I knew a ton of privileged kids move to Aspen, Telluride, Breck upon graduation, ski bums man.

Yet another reason you’re retarded.
In n out is garbage compared to whataburger.

He probably wasn't talking about the bay area. More like Del Norte, Humboldt, and Mendicino counties.

Prices are starting to slow down home wise in DFW.
Next 12 months should get interesting.
