Underwear or Girly Boxers and Cami in the Summer. Long PJ bottoms and Cami in the Winter. I get way too cold at night to sleep w/o something on.

I love buying pajamas too. I really like the shorts that have a matching short sleeve top or tank top. Keeps me cool, but I can still step outside to take out the trash/feed the cats/etc. without being pants-less

I track my food intake through a fitness app that has sodium as one of the categories. I'm perfectly normal and rarely check in above the daily recommended level.

Also...cute pajamas are my go to outfit when I've had to have outpatient surgery. You know you have to have loose fitting clothing to wear home after the procedure...why not cute, matching pajamas?
