Sucks because we actually try to not be wasteful.
bloody hell man.

Is this for some commune?

I'd have to cut my main line and not fix it to get a bill this high.

Same. My lawn is watered by our HOA and surrounding lakes. No charge to us.

The rural water system I use to have was $22/month for 3000gallons. $25 for 5000. That was plenty for a single person with a big garden (feed 5 or more daily).

When I found the water heater was stolen and the intake pipes were cut flooding the house they charged nothing for the thousands of gallons flowing freely.

About $200 for water and sewer when the sprinklers are going full bore.

Mine is 58 (including sewer and garbage pickup). Evidently the utility department has never been able to find the meter for my home and I get the minimum bill available every month.

You luck bastard. I average just under $250 per month with noswb.

Well, I do water my garden and potted plants but never water the lawn. I'm really not all that fussed about a lawn looking like a fairway at Augusta.

It's grass and it will survive a lot of things in the long run. I cut it, edge it and clean up once a week in the summer months and twice a month of less in the winter.

It keeps fricking going up. Every month. Consistently. Without fail. So does my gas bill. Everything goes up never down.
