I am not sure if this is a conspiracy theory or not, but I think it is possible that Flight 93 was shot down by our military in order to prevent it from crashing into something.
It would only make sense to do so. It was on it's way to fly into something, possibly the white house.. Or something in DC. If the government knew about it in time to do so, then it is very likely.

Sometimes, hollywood intentionally puts fantastical, yet real, events or concepts into fictional stories so people will assume it’s only fiction (andrenochrome in fear and loathing in Las Vegas, occult sex parties in Eyes Wide Shut, ritual murders in season one of True Detective, winter soldier nazi (hydra) infiltration, mk ultra programmed assassins in the naked gun, etc. That way, when people stumble upon them for real, no one will believe them and just say “you just got that from _____ movie”

Gucci Mane was killed in prison and replaced by a clone
In 2013 a fast rising rapper named Doe B from Montgomery who was signed to TI's label and already had one hit under his belt put out a seemingly innocent song called "2 Many" ft. Rich Homie Quan, this song was recorded around the time Gucci was killed and cloned.
In the hook to "2 Many" Doe B says "too many fake friends, all these n****s clones"
That's a subtle but clear reference to Gucci Mane. Its an attempt by Doe B to get the truth out there.
This song was released Nov 8, 2013. Doe B was shot in killed in a Montgomery club on Dec 28, 2013. Coincidence? I don't think so.
But here's where things get freaky.
Doe B had one eye and wore an eye patch.
One of Doe B's two killers also had one eye and wore an eye patch (the other killer was actually in one of Doe B's music videos)

Surely they had a plan to like clip wings with the 93 and eject.
Or dive down from higher altitude into 93 and eject when impact was imminent.
