What community amenities do you expect at a trailer park!

I think it's nice when there is a community pool at the entrance. It is more likely to be kept up if it's where the general public can see it.

I’m real partial to the hot tub because it helps my acne but the older folks will spend hours in it sometimes and they leave their sunblock floating around in it
