Company I work for has a distribution center in Columbia, Tn. Looks like it could be a nice place to live. Close enough to Nashville but far enough away as well.

Wonderful town, locals were hilarious..... “yeah it’s beautiful we know, don’t tell anyone about this place, too many people.”

With people collapsing on the streets, Wuhan will soon be under 100k of live inhabitants and thus qualify for inclusion in this thread.
The infrastructure is all there for plenty of folks, plus a new hospital (if they can finish it before everyone working on it dies...).

Technically not correct, I-10 does go through upper Lafayette. I-49 should go through it by the year 2050.

I used to have an old road map that showed the proposed metro loop. I knew it was doomed when I saw traffic lights going up on it almost immediately. That was Ambassador Caffery

This thread is confirmation that Americans don’t understand anything about Geogrpahy/Demographics.

Fate, Texas (Rockwall County).
Grew from less than 500 to over 6,000 in 10 years (1100%).
That’s just in 2000-10.

Mount Pleasant South Carolina has gone from 67,000 people in 2010 to nearly 100k today.
In 50 years, it went from a map dot fishing town to the having 4 of the top 5-6 wealthiest zip codes in South Carolina.

If you go up the road to Rock Hill SC, it's been growing pretty good.
Fort Mill and Indian Land are what’s growing. And the Panthers HQ will be in Fort Mill, not Rock Hill.
