Revisited Greenville, South Carolina and was amazed how much it’s grown.

Thought his would be an interesting question.

Define under 100K. Greenville, South Carolina has a metro of almost 1 million people.

That blip from Big Bang Theory has really put them on the map.

Bozeman may very well be one of the coolest cities in the country. World class skiing, amazing fly fishing, all kinds of wonderful outdoor activities.

I have family that lives up there and a lot of folks do half-days on fresh powder mornings. Ski all morning, be back at work after lunch.

League City TX is growing like wildfire but I'm not sure if it counts because it's a suburb of Houston

Waynesboro as well. I was on vacation last summer in Sevierville and that whole area around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is awful. I’m sure towns like Maggie Valley and Cherokee aren’t too far behind.

Fairhope, AL is crazy. Any suburbs around Nashville is exploding

I like mine better. Yours is basically a suburb of a big city.

I’d imagine most of the cities that fit this criteria are suburbs of larger cities.

Having visited Chattanooga and Huntsville recently, they are both growing like crazy.

Also Greenville, SC.
