Georgetown.

I got a ticket for going 67 in a 45 there, I didn't see the speed limit sign drop from 65 to 45 and the popo was waiting on the bottom of the overpass.

x 100 on "Crotch" Springs, and throw in the stretch of Hwy. 71 from there to LeBeau at Stelly's Truck stop. If you ever need a cop, you can find one there taking radar 24/7.
Golden Meadow and Brusly are just as bad.

BASKIN. Them sons of bitches hunt 24/7. It's like we are all terrorists, and our every movement is being watched driving through town with a red dot laser pointed at you. Good luck my friends.

Any small town with a hwy running through it.

Everyone knows they can ticket non residents who can't "not" vote for the Chief of Police, etc.

I'm pretty sure that town only exists to give out speeding tickets.

Baton Rouge.
It has nothing to do with tickets though. The gridlock traffic just wont let me go any faster

The correct spelling is Crotch Stings.

Also, I can't believe I haven't seen Bunkie a single time in all of these posts.

Hwy 90 by jeanerette might be the biggest speed trap in state now.

Know people who have gotten tickets for 68 in a 65

I got pulled over within viewing distance of a sign that said "65", for going 67 mph in a 55 mph zone. When I pointed out the sign to the cop, he promptly informed me that the 65 mph limit begins AT the sign, not in front of it.

bullshite speeding taxes.

I drive from the TX line to Baton Rouge a good bit. It's pretty interesting to watch all those TX plates go flying through these towns, we Louisianans know, it's just a matter of time before you pass them stopped on the shoulder.
