Doesn't really matter because the person I'm thinking about does it no matter what. She just wants people to acknowledge her. It's a "woe is me/pay attention to me" type of thing.

I've seen a few like that. They usually quit soon after one of their co-workers gets promoted.

Im a management consultant, it would take me less time to say the non cliché phrases than all the ridiculousness than spews out of most of these guys mouths. Clients aren't any better when they try to impress us either..
