This is a very softened way of describing what I've said so many times in threads like these. Sex is animalistic, pleasurable pain, and is literally two people becoming one person, briefly. It's very physical on the woman, just because of the physiology behind it.
It's why I've said repeatedly in cheating threads, your arse is to the curb, because thar visual could never be erased.
As to body counts, I also don't want that visual.

That's not what he's saying, at least I don't think. Read what I wrote above. Guys simply cannot get past the visual of their SO receiving something from another guy. It's such an intensely physical act, that the thought of it is just too much. It's why a majority of posters say they don't wanna know.
