Honestly, I'd just be happy if I didn't gain weight.

The struggle is real...

Olympic Triathlon at the end of March just before I turn 30. Maybe keep going to a half iron man afterwards, but I don't want to set unrealistic goals.

Had my first straight 400m swim this morning during my workout (not that it's much, but I've been swimming 2 weeks and I have the confidence to swim a sprint now). 5 mile run tonight.

When you do it, it's the most amazing feeling ever.

Did you do a lot of weighted pull ups to get there, or just modified regular pull ups (two fingers on one side, or offset to one side, controlled declines, etc) and muscle ups?

For me, I got there by only doing pullups with a 20 pound vest. I also started doing fingertip pushups to get my fingers stronger (sounds weird, but it worked).

When you start adding weight to your regular pullup routine it just starts getting easier. When you take it off and lift yourself up you find yourself almost flying off the top of the bar. Muscleups get easy from then on.

Then, of course, just keep trying to do the one arm pullup. Start with chinups because it is easier to do with one arm. Then, just start trying to figure out how to position your body when you're doing the one arm pullup.

I don't know if that helps. It sounds weird, but it's how I went about it.

I have no idea what my bench press is. All I know is I wish I had a bigger chest.

I want bigger abs, chest, and shoulders. My arms and legs look fantastic.

I also am going to make an effort to walk/jog for 30 minutes when I get home from work instead of collapsing straight into the couch.
Exactly my issue

just more of the same. I am happy with my current fitness level. I could stand to lose 5 lbs, but that is pretty typical for fall.

That would mean packing on some more mass. And more mass means one thing:

Finally lose this last little bit of stomach pudge

Lost 90 or so lbs last year but can't seem to lose the last bit. Tried working out more, working out less. Eating more, eating less. Counting macros, just eating "clean". Who knows. It's gonna happen by June though. Got to
