I went to Catholic school off and on - so I know how to spell ‘altar’

I wasn’t an altar boy because girls weren’t allowed to be, but my sons are. And they are Boy Scouts - and they’ve never been diddled.

So who is brainwashed? Believing whatever you read and ignoring the truth? The majority of priests are not bad, but you can believe what you want. I’ll pray for you.

Yes, girls are allowed to be altar servers now. My girls are/were servers, too. They were allowed in 1994.

I'm doing some soul searching; I might give up my all the crap on my phone deleting Twitter, messenger, everything but my Bible app. Only touch the phone for communication.

I'm almost done with a spiritual diet of meat, veggies, fruit, water, and coffee. I was looking into fasting and an article I read first was to just do the diet you've been wanting to do...just add God. It's really been working. I've got young kids and there's always nuggets, pizza, and snacks around. When I feel tempted I have the backing that I'm doing this for God. Resisting temptation; and befitting from it. I'm down 7 lbs in 9 days.

Whew, going for the double whammy there. You’re a gambler.
I don’t think they go around blabbing that they’ve been diddled, so you might wanna stay on top of that.

I didn’t say all priest are bad, just that it’s accepted fact that it happens world wide in Catholicisms. So that makes y’all brain washed for wanting to follow the cult that doesn’t allow high ranking priest to marry.
I mean if it was 10 cases around the world or even 100, then we could chalk it up to a handful of sick freaks. Unfortunately it happens so much that it seems like it’s a requirement more than an unfortunate event. Pull the wool from your eyes and realize this is not an isolated incident. It’s mega, to the point where it’s common knowledge world wide and yet people still line their kids up to go there.

nothing I hate worse than someone telling me how to parent

it happens in all places where psychos have access to kids - it’s not accepted in the Catholic Church and marriage has nothing to do with the abuse

How do you explain the weekly threads about women going after young boys (and sometimes girls) in the public schools? That’s because of unmarried priests?

lol, no fricking shite moron - it can happen anywhere. You cannot receive Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament at any other church. Especially at churches where there is a rock band instead of an altar. So, yes, people who believe that Jesus keeps the church holy are going to keep on lining their kids up to go despite what ignorant idiots like you think.
