Shoulders and arm day. Switching up arm day to twice a week bc I need these 17" pythons to get to 18.5" by summer brother.

Yard work earlier. Office work just now. Had a couple glasses of wine. Shower in a bit and then going dancing with the wife for a couple hours followed by dinner with friends.

I’m currently at the Texaco off exit 85 on I 59 north with a blowout. Waiting for road service is only slightly better than being set on fire.

Went for a run this morning then moved on to meal prepping, yard work, and laundry. Took a nap in the yard after lunch. Woke up to my lab smashing a tennis ball into my face.

Added the Blinker Genie upgrade on my old Chevy. In ‘69 the side marker lights only illuminated steady when the lights were on.
The BG upgrade ties the front and rear side markers to the selected turn signals. Also, illuminates the rear pair when the brakes are applied. Even though it is a lot of cutting and splicing, it is a nice upgrade from stock.
Oh yeah, there was beer on hand as well.

Rode my motorcycle in the morning. Explored some new woods. Got lost and then unlost.
Then went to watch some friends win gold in a pickleball tournament.
Just took Ollie the golden retriever to play fetch in the park until he was thoroughly exhausted.
Now I’m sipping a beer and chilling.
