I am officially retired as of a few weeks ago. Moved from the shithole of Louisiana and an now in Nashville. Downsized big time. Had my patio doors open earlier, sipping on a cocktail. Got a jambalaya working on the stove. ????

Feeding my three year old, getting ready for a shower and some fine THC concentrates after a day of skiing straight up slush.
59 degrees at the house. Most of the snow has melted away yesterday and today. Yeah, life's good.

Sitting in the stroke unit on day 4 of my hospital stay. Had shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat the other day. Knew something was wrong. Actually went to the emergency room instead of trying to tough it out and worrying about how much that will cost.
Ended up having a Straddle PE. Was told if it wasn't for modern medicine that I wouldn't be here right now. Never felt like I was going to die or anything, so that is kind of a weird feeling knowing you almost died without realizing it.
Hoping to go home tomorrow. I don't know how long this recovery takes, but reading online stuff saying 2 months or more is shocking and turns my work life upside down. I hate my co-worker got all my work plus his dumped on him suddenly.
I'm feeling ok. I get light headed and out of breath just standing up or adjusting in bed.
47 male. 5-10 217lb no vax

Just watched Holly lose her fight, now watching my Bruins vs Penguins hockey and MSU baseball against Mississippi. Bulldogs haven’t lost this series since 2015.

Just wrapped up the workday. Now I’m drinking a beer in my hotel room somewhere in the middle of bumble frick Oklahoma. Might drink 5 then see if there’s any sloots at the local watering hole.

Took the boat for a spin around the neighborhood. Just got it sprayed down and back in the lift. Now I'm sitting in the backyard drinking some bourbon

Why were you putting mulch down at a monster truck show?
I know sounded confusing, we got back from the show and I immediately laid down mulch right after cause I picked it up earlier this morning and wanted to get it over with. Took 15 mins then cracked a beer

Beautiful day today. Watched my son’s soccer team dominate this morning (11-0). Did some yard work, watched The Masters on the back Porch, cooked dinner (tacos), and then prepped and put on two pork butts to smoke overnight.
Weather looks awesome tomorrow, fellas.

Watching Blazing Saddles on IFC where they play the original movie! It’s one the best if not the best true comedy ever! Ty Mel

Hell of a night. Good for you.
Sitting on the floor with my lab (she isn't allowed on couches) watching planet earth. It's funny when she growls at the lions like she's gonna do something. Went fishing this morning, pressure washed my house, messed with the garden, and rode my bike today. Just ate a taco salad my wife made me and about to head to bed to stuff some extra meat in her taco.
