Your kid running up and throwing a big hug around you and saying "I love you daddy I missed you."
Sliding into your nice comfy bed with the cool sheets and the soft pillows, your lady sliding into her spot wrapped around you, head on your chest, and saying "I love you and I appreciate you."
Setting a very high goal, seemingly unattainable, and then smashing it, beating out everyone else and making you proud of yourself.

1. Winning
Be it at team sport or an individual event, especially at a high level like the Olympics.
Ditto for other competitive events, like intellectual competitions, sales or running your own business and crushing your competitors, which is a feeling that is better than secks (sometimes) IMO
2. The family life: coming home to the wife and kids and the dog. This gives you a sense of accomplishment beyond your own narcissistic desires. The feeling that you have created and developed something that will outlive you.
3. A good cigar paired with a single malt Scotch or a nice Bourbon.
