Lol. I've been here 8 years. Pulled over twice, 0 tickets. Don't be a frick up and you'll be fine.

Agreed, but I’ve lived south for 6 years and never pulled over. Lived in Round Rock for 7 years and pulled over 7-8 times. 0 tickets, but those bastards are persistent.

I'm an idiot for various reasons and one of those reasons is for not moving to ATX 2 years ago when I had the chance. Prices have nearly doubled..

I wonder if property tax percentage rates go down by half since they aren't providing new/additional services when home values go up?

On the next episode of House Hunters:

euphemus works in vacuum sales and his wife is an origami instructor.

Their budget is $1.2 million.

I will make a pitch for Northwest Hills/Westover Hills. It is AISD but extremely convenient to downtown. The elementary schools are great, not sure on High schools.

We have deer in our front yard every night, hills, safe. 1.2MM can get you a small 4-3 but will need a few updates.

I’ll sell you mine for $900k.

You’ll have money leftover!

I’m 90% serious…

It's Anderson. My office is Far West/MoPac and my Starbucks is always overrun with Anderson kids.

There’s probably a split somewhere. I don’t hear much about Westwood high any more. I know anderson is not as big as is used to be I would assume same with Westwood

That would be awful. All getting something that requires a barista to spend 10 minutes on

Winston and Rummy. Is Manor worth looking at for housing?

I finally found a realtor and lender.

I’m in round rock and can get to my new office off of 7th in 27 minutes, but that’s way before rush hour.

We’re likely heading to bell county next year, but that’s likely too far and rural for what you’re looking for.
