I haven’t smoked in 10 years, but back when I did...the best cigarette I ever smoked was in the U.K...a brand called Dunhills (the red pack). You used to be able to find them every now and then in the US. If you smoke, try them. They are legit good.

I smoked Camels for 7 years with the occassional Crush thrown in there. Quit Feb 2016

I am quitting today my pack a day camel lights habit
so far I’m at 12 hours eight of which I was asleep
I am going to use a crutch though I bought a pax juul pen with some 3% nicotine cartridges, took one puff with my coffee and it’s honestly not bad at all

My wife and I quit twenty ago after watching her mother die of lung cancer. Merits, the yellow pack, was our smoke of choice. I still hit the left handers deaux.
