Basically anything with hummus is my go to snack

I can't buy cashews or almond even though they are extremely healthy because I'd put an entire bag away.

Habanero BBQ is my go to.
I also get the Deluxe Mixed Nuts and mix them.

PB or Almond butter, a spoonful or 2, apples and boiled eggs.

I get some rice cakes every now and then. Pretty low in carbs, fill me up, and have all kinds of flavors. White cheddar is my favorite

i rock a green apple most afternoons

pumpkin seeds are a nice alternative to nuts

cherries are pretty fricking good

sliced red pepper and hummus

My office is close to albertsons and I started riding by there in the morning and buying one of their bowls of fresh fruit. They have a good selection and it's great to snack on between meals.

Might sound silly but a spoon full of peanut butter used to be my go to snack.

I think it's relatively healthy and definitely filling.

Quest bars are very filling for being under 200 calories. 20 grams of protein and 17 grams of fiber.
